Consent to the processing of personal data

CONSENT to the processing of personal data of the user of the website promokodus.in on the Internet

Confirming my full legal capacity and, if applicable, the legality of my representation in relation to a partially incapacitated or incapacitated person who has reached the age of majority, I am and being (by registering and/or entering my data on the Operator’s publicly accessible resource, its services or its subdomains: at the address: https://promokodus.in (hereinafter referred to as the Site), acting of my own free will and in my interests (including for the purpose of submitting an application for the Operator’s services), I consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator – Smartleads Limited Liability Company (OOO Smartlids, INN 7811695638, OGRN 1187847146574, Legal address: 197342, Russia, St. Petersburg, internal territory of the city, Lanskoye municipal district, Lisichanskaya st., 6, litera A, premises 26-N, office 56, included in the register of personal data operators of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) under registration number 78-22-013732 dated 09/19/2022 based on Order No. 314, (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator») and the Operator's counterparties, their counterparties and other third parties, which may include payment agents, organizations providing services for making calls, SMS mailings, any other types of mailings and notifications; organizations providing services for conducting various surveys and research, banks, banking organizations, etc., on the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing, both without the use of automation tools and with their use, of the following categories of personal data for pre-determined, known to me and lawful purposes:

   
   

   PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

   • identification of the Subject of personal data;
   • preparation, conclusion and execution of an agreement with the Subject of personal data;
   • sending messages of an advertising and/or informational nature to the Subject of personal data;
   • receiving feedback, reviews of requests and recommendations from the Subject of personal data;
   • protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Parties;
   • mutual settlements with the operator under a civil law contract;
   • CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
   
   
   • last name, first name, patronymic, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, address of residence, series and number of the main identity document, information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority, information on the mobile operator used, IP address of the device that provides my access to the Internet; Full name, bank card number; bank card expiration date; security code (CVV/CVC);
2. Any actions provided for by the Russian Federation law and the Privacy Policy for each of the processing purposes may be performed with personal data, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (access, provision), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
3. I accept the terms of the Operator's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy, posted in the relevant section on the Operator's Website and accessible at the addresses in paragraph 1 of the Agreement, and I confirm that I have read it at the time of issuing this Agreement, and that all provisions of the Operator's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy are clear and understandable to me.
4. The purposes of processing personal data, the basis for processing personal data, the actions with personal data authorized by me, the conditions and restrictions of their transfer, the period of their processing, the procedure for revoking this Consent and other conditions required by the law of the Russian Federation for each purpose of processing personal data are determined by this Consent and the Privacy Policy of the Operator, i have read, understand and agree to each of them.
5. I agree that the processing of personal data is carried out within the period that is calculated from the moment I give my Consent to the processing of data until the moment of my actual withdrawal (under the terms of the Operator's Privacy Policy) of this Consent or the termination of the Operator's activities, depending on which event occurs earlier.
6. When performing any actions on the Operator's Website, I agree or agree to qualify as a simple electronic signature under this Agreement and the Privacy Policy for the protection and processing of personal data of the Operator the performance of the following actions on the Website:
   • Pressing the interface button containing one of the text options «Send», «Register», «Subscribe», or putting an approving mark "V" by clicking in the corresponding field in the personal data collection form, next to the text: «I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and I agree to the processing of personal data on its terms» or other text of similar content, similar meaning and/or interpretation.
7. The refusal of the Personal Data Subject to provide the Operator with the above categories of data makes it impossible to conclude and execute a civil law contract between the Operator and/or the persons specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent and the Personal Data Subject and to inform the Personal Data Subject about their services upon request. In this connection, the Operator, in the event of the personal data subject’s refusal to provide the specified categories of personal data, has the right to refuse the personal data subject to conclude and execute an agreement and/or consult and/or inform at the subject’s request about the Operator’s services, due to the actual impossibility of performing such actions, the Site may continue to be used by the Subject for informational and/or familiarization purposes, excluding malicious violation of the Operator’s copyright and exclusive rights to the content presented on the Site.
